There are advantages for having one type of application to another all depending on your hair length, thickness, amount of volume and the amount of “at home” maintenance wanted. We have listed both types here so you can choose for yourself as to what would be the best for your hair. MICROBEAD

The micro tube application is becoming more and more popular these days due to the fact that there is no glue, no heat and no damage to the natural hair.

The extensions are very versatile and can be applied fast and removed easily.

Application involves pulling a strand of the client’s hair through the micro tube, placing the tip of a pre-bonded hair strand into the tube against the client’s hair, and then clamping down on the tube with a tool creating a secure hold.

If applied and cared for correctly with the proper tools they will generally last between 6-12 months without replacement.

The pre-bonded hair can be re-used as removal does not damage the bonds, unlike glue-in or bulk hair methods.

TAPE EXTENSIONS

(Tape Hair Extensions) The new easy, quick and non-bulky application for permanent hair extensions. Each 4cm piece is pre-taped for your convenience and the hair is individually sewn into the skin weft to ensure no shedding occurs. Remove using Showpony Skin Weft Remover.

FUSION EXTENSIONS

We also use a method called “FUSION” that is completely tailored and controlled by the hairdresser to suit the wearer. This means that the wearer can receive a beautiful look that suits them. The hairdresser can vary the sections to suit the client’s texture and thickness, making them very comfortable to wear. Colours can be matched by mixing tones within the same piece and therefore creating the most natural look. We use 100% A Grade Human Hair provided from Hair Extensions International, that is joined at the root area in tailored tiny pieces by the hairdresser to blend with the wearers own hair.

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Fine resin bonds are hung from the hair away from the scalp making a comfortable addition.

Therefore, the extensions look natural – ‘hanging’ within the hair’s natural fall.

The extension hair is meshed in with your own hair. Resin is fused in-between your hair and the extension. There is no chance of slippage because of this unique method of application.

Our system is a non-direct heat application with no usage of hot tongs to melt the bond onto your hair; therefore no moisture is lost under each bond.

This keeps your hair as strong as it was before and leaves it in the best possible condition.
